On Saturday evening, we made Italian Braised Pork with polenta. Only we used mashed potatoes instead of polenta, to be un-fancy and also because I had potatoes but not polenta. But, the recipe is otherwise taken from cookinglight.com. Although, this did not seem particularly light, especially with creamy mashed potatoes subbing in. I digress.
My sister was out of town, but my bro-in-law and niece came for dinner.
